Quick and easy process very informative and fun. Expectations were clear and the entire interview was remote through Microsoft teams. Interviewer was very accommodating and helpful. You are scheduled for an interview after speaking with the recruiter as long as you are interested in the position.
The process if fairly quick, I applied, they followed up with a phone call providing info on the position, virtual interview the next day and hired on the same day as well.

There is a prescreening via phone and a zoom interview as usually district managers are not in your area. It is a very informal setting, questions are not overly complicated either.

Level of comfort with sales as the role is not sale related but similar in nature when it came to cold calling or visiting a vendor that was not expecting our visit.
