Whole interview process consisting of three stages took almost 2 months. Finally I've got to the final interview, after which I've got negative feedback and I was said that they won't proceed with me because "I am unconfident and they don't think I will fit the team. Though they do not hesitate in my knowledge of the software". The thing is that I was nervous because I knew that this is final interview and I needed this job so much, so I said some things I should not. I completely understand that they can choose whoever they want, but the feedback itself I found unfair, subjective and a kind of rude. After it I feel like hiring managers treat people like robots and need not professional but actors.
