I applied for the position and within a few weeks, I was asked for a phone interview. The interview went great and was followed by another. I eventually was contacted for a third interview to be conducted in-house, along with a tour of the studio. The employees and management I was introduced to were friendly and I felt very confident about my qualifications while speaking with them. After two months, HR stopped responding to me and never actually gave me a rejection. It's really unprofessional and disheartening when a large company decides to "ghost" you instead of doing the respectful thing and following up with the artists they interview. Most of us would rather hear a "no".
2 interviews. First over the phone with HR, then a group Zoom call with managers, and final one-on-one Zoom directly after the first with a company representative. Was very pleasant. Typical of an artist interview, they wanted to talk about the work on my reel, and how familiar I was with certain software.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 2K
Interview
The review process went very well. Each person I had to talk to was extremely professional and never had to meet up with people that had nothing to do with my job!

Mostly about my previous experiences, what I was looking for at 2K, question about my reason to get into video games and all. Felt more like trying to see if I was a good fit with them and the project than the usual blend questions. They trusted my previous experiences and what they had seen.
