Interview
The process began with an email from the recruiter to discuss the position, followed by an phone screen with the hiring manager.
After the phone screen I was scheduled for an on site interview with various members of the team, wrapping up with the recruiter.
The recruiter followed up later to let me know that another candidate had been chosen.
Overall a positive experience, I felt I was treated fairly and with respect, just bummed I didn't get the job!

Interview
I went through the entire interview process. The recruiter was communicative and kept giving me positive feedback throughout, so the last thing I expected was to be ghosted after the final interview. I tried following up after some time and was told I'd know the result soon, and since then it's been weeks of silence. The recruiter had really made me feel like this was an awesome company to work for and that I had a really good chance of getting an offer, so to be ghosted just like that was an unnecessary ride on an emotional rollercoaster.
