Probably one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The recruiter was late to the interview, did not seem like he wanted to speak with me, and ended the call after 12 minutes. He didn’t ask if I had questions, gave me no information on the role/team, and asked me very generic questions. I was also rejected for the role with an automated, no-reply email and given no reason why. The job market is terrible right now for recruiters with many of us being laid off so it’s super disheartening that this recruiter had no compassion and couldn’t even bother to email me that he was passing. Obviously he did me a favor because this seems like a horrible place to work.
