I had a few conversations on the phone with the Recruiter which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was flown out and spend half a day interviewing with several managers and VPs and Directors. I was asked all the basic questions as well as position specific questions. I was notified within a week and given time to relocate. It was an overall smooth process for me though I understand it can be a little more lengthy for other positions.
