Interview
Round 1: Coding test on hackerrank
Round 2: Take home test (complete a small c++ game)
Round 2: HR phone screen (10 min)
Round 3: 1 hour interview with program coordinator. Conversational and non-technical.
Response time between interviews and for final decision is way too long and taxing.
