I would describe this interview as the most awful interview I have been through. There was no proper information provided over the details of the interview as is the norm in the companies. I was told that the interview would be introductory but I felf I was put through 25 minutes of an oral exam with a professor rather than a professional recruiter who grills candidates based on their theoretical knowledge rather than practical coding and experience and academic profile. Needless to say , this is the by far the most awkward and awful interview experience I have been through. There were no questions related to my experience , projects and degree. But only related to C++ and Object Oriented Programming which I had not even mentioned as my skills in the CV. Thus, you can adjoin from my experience that their recruitment process should improve and the candidates shall be clearly communicated of what to expect in the interview. Besides, the recruiter should be really professional and supportive rather than demeaning and insulting to the candidate. For example , at one point during the interview , he asked about something I didnot knew and he questioned how did I graduate and not know this ? This is highly insulting and demeaning to a potential candidate.
