3M at th tim of my interview was not hiring direct. so I had a first interview by the agency that I would be working for. I had great support and help from them as it was in there best interest for me to get the role. I then had an interview with my line manager at 3M. this was more of a generic interview, he was asking questions that would establish how well I would fit in the team and ensuring I had a good work ethic.
