Met with 4 designers and HR after sending in the application, the interview was easy and I heard back in a few days. They worked really quickly and everyone was nice on the call.

Was contacted by HR to pick an interview time slot out of 8 options. Met with designers over Microsoft Teams, which made it difficult to see the entire team because of the conferencing format and resulted in many awkward pauses because was unsure if someone was going to speak or not. Interview ended promptly after 30 minutes because someone was scheduled directly after me, which resulted in the interview feeling rushed.
