Sent an application and got notified 2 months later that they would conduct a 2 1/2 hour interview. There is a technical interview (1hour) in which 3-4 interviewers will ask about your control systems work background, they were mainly looking for relevant work experience. Then there is another hour of standard behavioral questions. After the interview, they got back to me in a week with an offer.
