First had an initial phone screen followed by a virtual interview with the head of the department. Expectations on travel shifted from what was initially shared in the phone screen then what was shared in the discussion with the department head. Role was also listed as "Remote", but I was told the expectation would be to go into their local office once a week which would have been over an hour one way. The team was very responsive and upbeat, but unfortunately the role just wasn't going to be the fit for what I was looking for so I bowed out of the interview process.
