The interview process has been very quick and smooth at the beginning (1 skype interview, 1 personal interview followed by online GIA tests and PPA tests). I have got a very good impression about both the company and the hiring managers. Unfortunately they suddenly stopped the communication without any explanation (probably when they found a better candidate). Finally I got to know about their decision because I insisted and asked for follow ups. Despite their decision I asked for feedback that never arrived... although I tried to arrange a phone call with the HR for several weeks.
