I received an email from the Hiring Manager the day after I applied to the position and we agreed to have the first interview. During the face-to-face interview, just with the person I've been contacted by email, it was really awkward because he was not talking that much and there were many silent moment. He seemed extremely shy and there was not good flow in the communication. I tried to break the ice with some questions but I did not work much. Moreover, while asking questions in regards to the job itself, he did not cover it well. Therefore, I did not understand much on the job.
