Unprofessional and disrespectful interviewing process, after being accepted to a third round of interviews they ignored me. Initially the process went really well. First interview was pretty standard: why this company, why consulting, why this role, etc. I instantly had a good connection with the hiring manager and was excited to continue the process. For the second round I was tasked to create a presentation upfront to solve a tough case study. I invested ~6 hours into that. The presentation and case then went really well and the hiring manager gave me great feedback right at the end of that round and immediately invited me for a final interview in person to the Copenhagen office. All good stuff, I was impressed by them and was looking forward to the next round. For the final round we just wanted to set up a date that worked for both sides. However, all my emails were ignored and I didn’t receive any communication from 3Shape. Four months later I received a standard email that 3Shape had already filled the role. This is not how you treat your candidates, a company that claims to be best-in-class in their field really should know better.
