I recently had a job interview, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The HR manager conducting the interview did not come across as a professional. There were several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, the manager mumbled throughout the interview, making it challenging to comprehend some of the information. Additionally, there were technical issues, as the manager had a poor-quality microphone, affecting the overall communication. One major concern was the manager's inability to provide clear and satisfactory answers to my specific questions regarding the job position and its responsibilities. It seemed like there was a lack of understanding or preparation on their part. Moreover, the manager frequently forgot key points during our conversation, which created a sense of disorganization. Overall, my impression from the interview process has raised doubts about the company's ability to attract and hire a qualified professional for the position. A more organized and professional approach to the interview process would likely contribute to a more positive candidate experience and, ultimately, better hiring outcomes for the company.
