The Process was succinct and so far with very congenial managment personnel. No independent HR personnel at this time. The conversations have been friendly and the questions have been relevent in regards to establishing my siutability to the role both from a professional and personnal standpiont without being intrusive. Management seem interested in the work /life balance of their employees.
