First there was a phone screening. Next round was scheduled with an Engineer. The questions where simple and asked about my background. At the middle of the interview, he told me that he doesn't have my resume. At this point I lost all my interest. It was so unprofessional to not have the candidates resume when interviewing. It felt like he is not interested in interviewing me. It was absolute waste of everyones time. Then he asked for my resume, portfolio and github. I told him he can find it in my previous mail. After an hour i got a rejection mail.
