The interview included a bunch of random questions from a couple of things that I had done a decade ago.
The questions neither focussed on the recent areas of my experience nor the on relevant areas of their need. Importance was given to the "correct" answer, but no value was given to the approach to answering a question.
No questions were asked in relevance to Automation or design considerations when building automation infrastructure.
The whole experience made me believe that they don't need innovation or dynamic thinking - which is fine by me. I am glad that we both didn't waste much time of ours.
