I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 6 River Systems
Interview
The interview with the recruiter was pretty standard. The one thing that irritated me was that the role is for someone with much experience, yet the job posting made no mention of this, leading me to believe this was an entry-level role. After what seemed like a great interview, and being told I would hear back by the end of the week for next steps, I was ghosted for 3 weeks. I followed up three times within this time period and got no response. I finally gave up and heard back from the recruiter that they're moving forward with other candidates.
I understand that you might be busy, but it is blatantly disrespectful of my time to create an expectation and then simply ignore my attempts to contact you.
