I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense
Interview
I interviewed with a bunch of people there and all seemed to have different opinions of the company. no real consistencies when it came to core values or beliefs. I was also asked some very offensive questions i did not feel comfortable answering.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at 6sense (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was referred by someone I previously worked with at a former company. I submitted my resume, and 4 weeks later, a recruiter reached out. I scheduled the phone screen, and the recruiter was 10 minutes late. I had to email her to remind her of our interview, and when she called me, she immediately seemed disinterested in our conversation (as if I was interrupting her day). She asked me a couple of questions and said she would pass my info along to the hiring manager. A week later, she reached out, saying they were going to pass on my background.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at 6sense? Tell me about yourself. What size accounts did you work previously? How large were your deals?
Easy to talk with. Place to build on your dreams. Completely seamless interview process and they’re quick to get back to you with updates and follow ups. Flexible team of hiring HR and manager.
My application was auto-rejected within hours of submission, despite more than meeting the minimum requirements for the role. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and the hiring manager when I asked for feedback. This is not the way to treat candidates, and is suggestive of a very poor culture.
