I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Connected with the Recruiter about the Customer Success opportunity. Screening call with the Hiring Manager followed by in-person meeting within 48 hours. Met with the Hiring Manager, Executives and Customer Success representatives – these meetings were one on one as well as in group settings. The week following the first round of in-person interviews, invited to meet with key stakeholders over a meal, which was valuable to me in evaluating culture in a less informal social setting. Overall interview process was very professional and the vetting process was thorough including background reference checks. Received an employment offer within a week and accepted the offer shortly thereafter.
