I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 6sense (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
take-home challenge first and then phone interview. The interviewer is not very respectful. The take-home is not difficult and during the interview you will need to talk about the challenge you completed. However, the interviewer didn't give any further instructions even thought I think the interview goes well. I tried to contacted the interviewer several times but she never replies. No matter what the result is, I think she need to reply anyway. I cannot imagine working in an environment when your manager don't have habit of replying.

Interview
Recruiter reached out for an exploratory call twice but never called. Would have been nice to at least know if the position was filled. I don’t appreciate setting time aside during a busy work day only to be ghosted twice.
