Interview
Phone screen with VP of product. Brought on site 2 weeks later for full day. Met with senior engineers, CTO, VPs, and other PMs including an informal lunch interview, product demo and the company dog sitting with me through an hour long talk.
I was grilled on my product vision and strategy, case studies, previous experiences, analytics, and basic technical acumen.
Quick, responsive, and professional. Very happy with interview process.
Was extended the offer 2 weeks later. BG check and referrals included.
Applied online, was contacted by their (on contract) recruiter and we setup a video call. At the end of the call the recruiter mentioned, he should have feedback on 1-2 days and it looks like I was ghosted.
Seems like this is a pattern with 6Sense (based on the number of candidates that have posted similar experience).
Kindly do not waste time with a company, where recruiters are not professional enough to get back to candidates they shortlist and ask to invest time. This is not only unproductive, but highly unethical / unprofessional. Please take your talents elsewhere.

Interview
It was more conversational than a questionnaire. HR was helpful. All the interviewers openly shared constructive feedback at the end of the interview, which was helpful.
Overall it was a good experience.
