I was sent a take home after a cold application. It was pretty vague and they didn't give me a specified return format. I ended up not making past that round but it was a challenging question.
I'm based in Singapore and was supposed to have my first round interview with some HR in India. Yet he never replied to any question/email I sent at all, nor to the available timeslot proposed.
Totally unprofessional.

Recruiter reached out for an exploratory call twice but never called. Would have been nice to at least know if the position was filled. I don’t appreciate setting time aside during a busy work day only to be ghosted twice.
