There are three steps: a take-home exercise, a video interview and the full-loop onsite interview. The OA questions are super easy. Given the full positive online reviews for this company, I was excited to get ready for the onsite interview. But only after many days of the interview I heard that they have filled the role. Now, why do you have people at different stages if your role is first-come, first-served? Since the hiring bar is probably too low to fail anyone, is your position essentially a race of who found your job post first? And many other candidates at earlier stages have devoted a lot of time doing the OAs, only found themselves wasting their time because even they have passed, they will be ejected out of the universe since the first 'lucky guy' expediates everything. It is extremely confusing and frustrating, I won't recommend anyone to apply to this company.
