The entire process was remote, not uncommon in today's world of course. It started with a recruiter message via LinkedIn and escalated to 3 zoom calls with key stakeholders. The calls were roughly 30-45 minutes each and I would describe the process as fairly 'easy' but also have to caveat that the conversations were all very natural and easy flowing. We covered a variety of typical interview questions and extended conversation into the current situation and Q&A. In this way, I think 'easy' is relative to how well you connect with the company and stakeholders. Everything felt very comfortable and the team made extra effort to work inside a fairly tight timeline on my end.
