I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 6sense in Dec 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter, Tina. She was amazing. It’s rare to find a recruiter that is so organized, responsive and transparent. Even when there were delays she proactively kept not up to date.
I interviewed with the manager twice and 3 team members. The interviews were more comfortable dialogue than questions.
One of the worst interview experiences I’ve ever participated in. They laid off half of their talent team, I had to add multiple members of senior leadership on email chains before anyone would respond. The person I was working with only emailed me back once out of nearly 5 attempted follow ups. I would never work for this company, Human Resource Operations is a window into total company operations. To this day- 9 weeks later I have not received a follow up, nor a rejection. I would strongly advise avoiding applying to 6sense.
