I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Process was thorough and quick (2-2.5 weeks). I'm having a baby soon and was 100% upfront with all involved. gave me a great offer knowing I'll be joining then a couple weeks later taking PAT leave. Met with IC, Director, VP, and a Sales Leader after the recruiter. Recruiter (Austin) set great expectations and was on top of it.

Initial recruiter pre-screen ->
Interview with manager ->
Interview with existing person in the role ->
Interview with Director of business unit ->
Interview with sales rep I would support ->
Product demonstration of my choice to panel of the above ->
Offer
Everyone actively engaged both with their questions as well as their responses to my own.
Very open, comfortable feel that felt more like a series of conversations than a handful of interviews. The questions asked were meaningful and not fillers, equal parts qualification as well as culture fit.

Question 1
What made you decide to apply or look to leaving your current organization?
This was the smoothest, swiftest and most decisive interview process that I've experienced at this point in my career. The recruiter that I worked with was as good as verbalizing the value of 6sense, as a product, as any Sales resource might be.
