The first round is a phone interview. The second round is split into 2 days, including the portfolio presentation followed by 1-on-1 sessions with the designers, the product manager, and the engineer. Very supportive and friendly process.

Interview
The interview process was divided into 2 main parts- an HR screen and an elaborate on-site. The HR screen was pretty standard while the on-site was divided into 6 parts-
1. Panel portfolio presentation with 5 interviewers
2. Deep dive into a Project with 1 interviewer
3. Design challenge with 1 interviewer
4. 6sense fit with 1 interviewer
5. 1/1 with Product Management
6. 1/1 with Engineering
Couple of phone calls to discuss and extend the offer. The entire process was conducted virtually over zoom/ phone calls.
