The recruiter pinged me on LinkedIn. I took the screen call and it was very apparent this company has their ducks in a row. Very streamlined, organized, and timely. Everything she was telling on the call with the hiring process happened to a T. Kudos to the team on that.
After the screen call, I met with one of the CS directors who was an absolute gem. Very down to earth and insightful. And then, he had me meet with 2 peers on his team. Both were very nice and genuine. All 3 interviews were more conversations, which definitely eased the nerves.
The last round was a mock QBR so you spend 5 min talking about prep, 25-30 min actually giving the QBR and another 15 min for Q&A and feedback. This was definitely the most challenging part. It took me days to prepare. They will try to throw curve balls at you but the more prepared you are, the better.
From there, I spoke with the senior director to do a vibe check and she was very nice as well. All in all, the entire interview process took about 3 weeks and they gave me a verbal and written offer the week after speaking with the senior director. I had a great experience going through the process and highly recommend my colleagues join 6sense. The team and culture is awesome! :)
