A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I then spoke with a different recruiter, then multiple hiring managers separately and a final presentation. The interview process was frustrating because they kept adding on interviews for me to meet with hiring managers ahead of the presentation. I met with 4 different managers prior to the mock presentation. The presentation felt awkward because they do not give you a mock client with a use case to base your business review on. Instead, you just use a business review that you've done in the past. I feel like this doesn't level the playing field since each candidate will present something different. After the presentation I was ghosted by the recruiter and never heard back from them. The recruiter was impossible to get ahold of throughout this process. I honestly wasn't that upset to not receive an offer, as I was put off from joining the team due to the lengthly interview process.
