I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 6sense in May 2022
Interview
They replied somehow quickly after I sent out my resume and they scheduled me for a phone interview screening.
The recruiter told me she would be in touch once she spoke to the rest of her team and then she ghosted me.
I think recruiters should have the courtesy of letting know potential candidates that they were not the right fit.
Met with the recruiter, who then recommended me for a hiring manager screen. The person I met with was not a hiring manager, they said they were filling in because of absences (?weird). So they couldn’t effectively answer any HM questions. They also looked incredibly bored and like they didn’t want to be interviewing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense (London, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter was friendly and helpful throughout. Although I wasn’t selected for the position I have left with a great impression of the CS team

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense (San Francisco, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The interview didn't feel genuine, felt like they needed competitor intel on my current employer. How did they run their strategic programs, how they engaged with leadership, how our pro services team operated.

Question 1
Had a phone screening with the hiring manager and it mostly felt like they were trying to gather intel on my current company and how they run their CSM organization. She never asked me about my individual roles or accomplishments. All the questions were about the CS org at my current company. I was offered to move to the next stage of the process and declined.
