I was referred internally. The whole process took 6-7 weeks. Had a great experience - the teams were very organized and had no hick-ups along the way. The team took the time to make sure I was a good fit (and vice versa) and asked thoughtful questions, while giving a lot of great info all while being transparent. One of the most seamless interview processes I've had to date.
