I was referred into 6sense, firstly meeting with the IT leader who was vary engaged. I then met with the hiring manager who gave me a great understanding of the role and high level future for the team/role. After that I got a chance to meet with the recruiter (Austin) who was unbelievably nice and supportive throughout the whole process. Lastly I met with three business stakeholders that this position would work closely with and dug deeper into their needs and pain points that need to be solved in the coming years. Overall, everyone was engaged, respectful and excellent at communication. I really appreciated how the recruiter, IT leader and hiring manager stayed in close contact throughout the interviewing process making sure my questions were always answered.
