Interview
Worst interview process I've had. They don't tell you how many rounds it will be, and never even asked me if I was looking elsewhere or what my timeline is. Made it to the 5th presentation round, but that wasn't even the final round, they said they had two more after that. Not to mention the presentation round was the most rude interview I've ever been a part of. They basically made fun of me on the call and said I need to go to "Sandler's training," to learn how to sell, and continued to shred my knowledge on my sales acumen.
While I always believe in room for improvement, their tone was aggressive, rude, and condescending. This could have easily been a conversation they had in private.
Avoid this place at all costs, and the next company I go to we will NOT be using 6sense.
Do better, and stop wasting talented sales professionals time.

Interview
I was referred by someone I previously worked with at a former company. I submitted my resume, and 4 weeks later, a recruiter reached out. I scheduled the phone screen, and the recruiter was 10 minutes late. I had to email her to remind her of our interview, and when she called me, she immediately seemed disinterested in our conversation (as if I was interrupting her day). She asked me a couple of questions and said she would pass my info along to the hiring manager. A week later, she reached out, saying they were going to pass on my background.

Easy to talk with. Place to build on your dreams. Completely seamless interview process and they’re quick to get back to you with updates and follow ups. Flexible team of hiring HR and manager.
My application was auto-rejected within hours of submission, despite more than meeting the minimum requirements for the role. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and the hiring manager when I asked for feedback. This is not the way to treat candidates, and is suggestive of a very poor culture.
