I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Coquitlam, BC)
Interview
Very general. They were looking for sbd reliable and mature. They do not expect too much skills. The main thing is that for this position you need to be able to do physical job and customer service at the time. I believe they want to make sure they are not hiring a lazy person. You will learn everything after the hiring.
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
