I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Syracuse, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was asked behavioral questions mostly in the first round of the interview. The interview was with the team lead and it mostly involved a little knowledge about the position and mostly how you suit well for the position.

Question 1
What would you do if the fuel price that you predicted incurred a loss to the company?
I applied online. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Irving, TX)
Interview
Phone screening with HR, virtual meeting with senior manager, job demonstration/project/presentation, panel interview with team. The day before the interview they sent me an assignment to do 24 hours before the interview. I thought i would have to discuss it when i went to the interview because the assignment required me to complete a presentation. But it was not even mentioned. I was denied the role the next week. I would then later see the role reposted several times month after month. I believe they have no idea what they are looking for in a candidate which is why they keep reposting the job posting. I was told the job would require me to complete a 6 month training and to log on and check emails on the weekends.
I applied online and the recruiter reached out to me in 3 days. They were very engaging and answered any questions I had before the interview. I had 1 interview with 2 managers and was told that they would reach a decision after they evaluated all the candidates(which was about 2 weeks). I had to reach out 3 times to the recruiter to find out the status of my application. They ghosted me! The recruiter did not bother responding to any of my follow-up emails. Did not expect such behavior from 7-Eleven. I have been ghosted by this company twice once for this role and once for another role. I think they really need to work on improving their interview process
