Over all a great experience however i find it extremely frustrating when i dont get updated . I took 40 minutes out of my day (unpaid) to do the interview, and to not even have an update by either call or email is unacceptable. I understand i probably did not get the job, but when someone takes the time out of their day to meet with you, out of respect you should be providing an update.
