Interview
The recruiter was pleasant, personable, and responsive. He seemed genuinely interested in my background and experiences. I appreciated that while the recruiter wanted to get some questions in, he also made things conversational and not too formal. I unfortunately didn't make it past the first round, but the interview process seemed fair and reasonable with a few calls and one excel assessment. This company is growing and by all accounts seems to have their stuff together.
