Ghosted. Recruiter did not talk much about the role. We small talked and only after I mentioned we should talk about the role did we discuss it. Let me be clear I liked the recruiter and we connected. They stated I would move forward to talk to the hiring manager and then crickets after we hung up, even after a follow up thank you and a check in for updates.
