Interview
Great process. Got a call from recruiter who did a phone screen (15 mins). 3 days later first onsite interview with 2 managers. Went over my resume and asked fair questions, nothing tricky. Very transparent. 5 days later met with higher executives. Had a very natural conversation. Very smart people and fun to talk to. No presure if you know what your doing and are able to hold a conversation. 2 days later asked to submit background. 5 days later, got an offer and was given a chance to give 2 weeka notice. All in all, very good process from start to finish.

Interview
I interviewed with HR and felt my experience was a mutual fit. I was scheduled for the next round of interviews after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back. The second interview was with a senior manager. I spent countless hours preparing for these interviews and have been waiting 2 months to even hear back. I have emailed the HR person and the direct hiring manager twice each and still no reply. It’s ok not to hire someone but to ghost you after a month of interviews is extremely unprofessional. I would love to tag them here but wouldn’t stoop to their level. I wasted a lot of time for them and I wouldn’t recommend them or their service to anyone.
