Interview
The first interview experience was very positive. The initial hiring manager took time to explain the company strategy which inspired me more to want to be part of such an innovative team. Unfortunately I didn't make it through to the next stage so cannot comment however I was very grateful to receive honest feedback to the reasons why which I fully appreciated and took on board. I think it is sometimes easier for hirers to ignore unsuccessful candidate and avoid an awkward call - but I found the opposite with 8x8 making the whole experience much more pleasant and hey you never know maybe I will get another opportunity - still think I would have been a perfect fit for the role :)

The interview was great; two Product Managers allowed me to conduct a detailed journey through my experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and their experience in their positions was tangible. We had a great connection that I expected to become a definitive collaboration; however, that was not the case.

it went great, very nice staff and very interesting questions. Overall interview is of average hardness and its worth the time as company is a great place to work with good salary and nice perks and interesting work.
