I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at 8x8 (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
I was contacted directly by the company and invited to an online meeting. This took the form of a one hour discussion about experience, competencies, goals and a chance to ask questions around the role and the companies general direction. The was also the discussion about the next stage, face to face interview which was agreed at the end of the call. Then silence, no feedback, no response to calls or emails....nothing.
If a candidate doesn’t get a job for any specific reason then the least a HR/recruitment team should do is provide some level of feedback, rather than completely ignore that person for ever more
