I was initially contacted by a recruiter to discuss the position, the company, culture and my background. From there went through several interviews with direct manager, other team members and other managers and execs. The recruiter did and amazing job of explaining the process from the start and was in constant communication with me during the interview process. If I ever had any questions or concerns, the recruiter was very responsive and answered all of my questions.
I genuinely appreciated the overall process—it was well-structured, efficient, and easy to follow. What stood out the most was the level of transparency throughout. The interview was great; two Product Managers allowed me to conduct a detailed journey through my experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and their experience in their positions was tangible. We had a great connection that I expected to become a definitive collaboration; however, that was not the case.
