I got an onsite interview after our school's career fair. The onsite interview consisted of two parts, with two different employers. The first asked me questions about my resume and asked a technical question. The second did the same. We were treated to lunch after with a description of what exactly the company does

Met with company representatives at career fair. They quickly replied back with email asking what time I could come to their offices for an on site interview. At the on site interview they asked Java questions and asked to write code on the whiteboard. They also gave a program in C on paper and asked to trace through it to find errors. Afterwards they gave a presentation on what the company's philosophy is.
