It was very involved from the recruiter to the last one with the CPO and challenged me on every session. I appreciate all of the time and energy it took to put together a great remote interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 8x8 (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Four round process with HR, then Sales manager and lead, gaining rapport and understanding my experience as a solution engineer in UCaaS. Not a lot of pressure. Initial conversation with HR was just getting to know me and the company and to answer questions I had about the job or organization. All really easy. Subsequent rounds were to discuss the sales process and examples of success and failure of losing a deal.
