Interview
I met individually with two supervisors, the manager and an HR rep at their office. One supervisor asked situational and soft-skill questions. The second supervisor also asked situational questions, as well as some low-level technical questions. The interview with the manager and HR rep were more friendly conversations. Each person allowed me plenty of time to ask questions as well. They walked me around the office, and the environmental was friendly and casual.

The recruiter was very pleasant and upfront with me. Although she mentioned the position had been closed, I decided to continue with the chat to get a feel for what the company is looking for in an employee. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and got great insight about the job role. We also had a personal touch to the talk, which was a welcome change from typical interviews.
