      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2024

      Interview

I was interviewed a few weeks ago and was told they would pass along my information to the hiring team. I thought the interview went well and I’m qualified for this position as I have 6 years experience. The fact that I didn’t get a rejection email or anything says a lot about a company. Companies who ghost people looking for work do not deserve success.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2022

      Interview

My first interview was with a recruiter, who was very engaging and easy to talk to. He said he would pass my information on, requested an updated resume with my last 10 years work experience and said that someone would be reaching out to schedule a second interview. I spent the evening remaking my resume and sent it over the next morning. The next day, I received a calendar invite for a second interview, without any sort of email saying who I'd be interviewing with or asking if the scheduled time worked for me. I went ahead and accepted the second interview and had to request a half day of PTO from my current job because I was really excited about this company and it's mission. My interviewer was one of the managers. She was late to our scheduled Zoom interview meeting. During the interview, her dog continuously barked and she repeatedly interrupted me to get up and tend to her dog, even leaving the room on 2 occasions. This experience lead me to believe there is a reason that they are offering a sign on bonus. If so little respect is shown for an applicants time in the interviewing process, I can only imagine what actual employees go through with this management team. I decided that this would not be a great fit for me and accepted a position elsewhere before receiving a rejection email 2 weeks later.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at A Place for Mom (Chattanooga, TN) in Nov 2021

      Interview

Only got to interview with recruiter and wasn't given a lot of feedback on why there were no next steps. Emailed the recruiter so I could better prepare for next interview with them or others and received very general feedback. Stated that from her notes, the supervisor found someone with more experience, and they wanted me to continue to apply for open positions but didn't give feedback on the exact experience they were looking for.
