Online application form, Situational Judgement Test, 1 assessment day with 2 interviews. Both interviews were 1:1 with a partner. The first interview was ann M&A case study and the second interview was an in-person situational judgement/competency interview.

Video interview immediately after a situational judgment test. Little time to prepare and camera on the whole time. A bit jarring. Try and practice video interviews before so you aren’t distracted.

Assessment centre case study was very confusing- lots of pages of info to go over in short amount of time- it was on a mergers and acquisition case example- we had to advise client whether they should merge/acquire given company based on pages of finance documents and articles etc
